Who am I?

I have been working as a kinesiologist and psychologist for almost 10 years. During that time I have met with many amazing individuals from all walks of life – people facing a wide range of personal challenges and striving to reach their own meaningful goals.

I’m very fond of surfing, kitesurfing and snowboarding. I travel quite a bit, chasing waves, wind and fresh snow, pursuing the lifestyle I love and looking toward the next stoke!

My work is centered on helping people create life conditions in which they can thrive. My interventions are guided by the individual’s well-being as it relates to their relationships, work and passions.

My travels, my ongoing education in psychology and my work as both a psychologist and mental coach have enabled me to fine tune my observations and understandings to better guide my clients on their journey to greater well-being, autonomy and self-realization.
